First time I've seen a cute Kappa, pretty amazing thing to pull off.
Instead of looking like the usual green goblin with a bald spot and a yellow mouth, the beak is tastefully bird-like, and the water cup sits on top of their heads like jewelry, mixed with their nicely detailed amphibian bodies it enhances even more the fairy tale aspect of them. It's really neat.
